Terrazzo floors ground the space with texture and durability. Earth-toned materials like stone, concrete and warm woods, reinforce a restrained, natural palette that responds directly to the surrounding landscape.

Light is treated as a primary material. Throughout the day, it defines surfaces, deepens textures, and shapes atmosphere.
